Akka Technologies is seeking a Customer Care Associate. Assist Special Products Inside Sales Department with the following:

• Electronic filing of Customer and Coordinator Documentation
• Prepare Product Information needed for Inside Sales
• Pull and Print Drawings needed for research for Customers
• Answer Phones when needed as Coordinator needs to do research for Customer
• Maintains a professional and courteous attitude with internal and external customers, regardless of customers' responses
• Sets appropriate expectations
• Additional Job functions may be developed as this Position evolves
